Wanda Homa, Born Wanda Lee Wapp: wife, mother, grandmother, friend, sister, Marine. Left us too early at 91years old.She packed so much life into her 91 years. She lived a complete life surrounded by love and departed us with honor and dignity. All people die but not all people live…. “Wanda Lived” Born in Whiting Kansas in 1930 to Leo and Mary Wapp she was one of 5 children and a very proud member of the Sac and Fox tribe of Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Wanda went to Chilocco Indian School in Oaklahoma and joined the United States Marine Corps in December of 1950.She was Honorably discharged in 1954. She met and fell in love with the love of her life Francis Paul Homa and they were married on July 19, 1958. Wanda and Paul had a wonderful life for 62 years. They had 3 children, William, Tracey and Patrick and 4 grandchildren, Harrison, Brandon, Olivia and Krista. Her family, children and grandchildren were the most important thing in her life and she loved and cherished time with each and every one of them. She is survived by her 3 children, 4 grandchildren and brother Gene Wapp Wanda will be buried with her loving husband at Riverside National Cemetery with full military honors on January 18, 2021 Arrangements entrusted to Hilgenfeld Mortuary, Anaheim, CA
