    Fay was born in San Diego, CA. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Richard, her daughter Sara French (Boggs), Travis Boggs and their spouses. Also, Richard Hall and Rose Keely (Hall) and their spouses from a previous marriage She has 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Fay and Richard worked alongside each other for many years in their family business before retiring in 2012.She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by many. Her services will be held at Hilgenfeld Mortuary on 2/11/2021 from 4:30- 6:00 and her final resting place will be Riverside National Cemetery.
