Today we remember and honor the life of Eulalio “Lalo” G. Mosqueda, a man whose journey began in 1923 in Colton, California. He was born to Eulalio Mosqueda, Sr. and Mercedes Garcia.
At the age of 6, life took Lalo back to Mexico, where he grew up in Salvatierra, Guanajuato. At the age of 8, Lalo experienced the profound loss of his mother. As one of the youngest in the family, he found guidance through the care of his older siblings. In the face of adversity, this sibling bond became a source of strength, laying the groundwork for the resilient and compassionate man Lalo would become.
It was in the small village of Santiago Maravatio del Encinal that he met the love of his life, Lupe Fuentes.
Lalo and Lupe married in 1957 and created a family blessed with six beautiful daughters. Lalo’s commitment extended beyond his family; as an entrepreneur, owner of multiple successful businesses and a machine operator at Kwikset. He took pride in his work, exemplifying dedication and commitment .
A widower since 2015, Lalo’s memory lives on in the hearts of his six daughters, sons-in-law, 18 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. His legacy is one of love, commitment, and the enduring bonds of family. Today, we say goodbye to a man who touched our lives with his warmth, devotion, humor and the indomitable spirit that defined his journey. May he rest in peace, knowing that his legacy lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him."*" indicates required fields
