Alfredo Rogero

Birth: July 29, 1943 | Died: June 5, 2022

Alfredo Rogero, Sr. passed away on Pentecost Sunday June 5, 2022, after a long battle with an illness. He was 78. Born July 29, 1943 in Hilongos, Southern Leyte, he was the eldest of four siblings. He attended the University of Southern Philippines earning the degree of AB. After graduating, he started a small retail business. He had great success as a business owner until the family migrated to the United States in 2003.

He was an enthusiastic traveler and lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed the ocean and loved jogging before sunrise. He had an incredible gift for gardening. He was a man of faith and deep trust in God and always giving back to the community and to the Church. He never stopped planning the adventures for his family because he wanted to spend as much time with loved ones as possible.

On his final day, he was surrounded by his children, whom he was proud more than anything in this world. Alfredo is survived by his wife Teresa, four children and four grandchildren. We will miss his love and guidance and he will always be in our hearts. May your soul rest in peace, Tatay Fred.
