Catherine Samusick

Catherine Jean was born in Whittier, CA, at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital on April 15, 1971 to Jack and Sandra Samusick. She spent her entire life living in La Mirada, CA. She is survived by her daughter Briana, two grandchildren, Sage and Anaiya, son-in-law Elijah, and her love and partner in life, Anthony. Catherine is also survived by her sister-in-law Katherine, nephew Mike and his children, nieces Natasha and her husband Josh with their children, Jennifer, Michelle, her husband Larry and their children, her aunt Gail and children, sister Christine, and all of Anthony's family. Catherine loved her family and friends, she lived her life with her heart on her sleeve, and was honest to every person she ever met. Catherine spent her life taking care of her family, and many theirs that were in need. She loved music, swimming in her pool, spending time with Anthony, her daughter and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her two other families, her Golde Brique family, and her work family, she loved you all very much. Catherine went through a lot of loss in her life. She lost her mother Sandra, her father Jack at a young age, her brother Jack and her sister Rhonda. She lost her daughter Amanda as well. She loved God and believed even when she was ill that she would finally be reunited with them all. Her heart was always torn between her loved ones in heaven and her loved ones here, and though Catherine is gone now she is finally with them in heaven and looking down on us all with a smile and one eyebrow raised.
