    Carmen Gamboa, age 82, formally of Anaheim, CA, passed away peacefully in her home in Eastvale, Ca. on June 19, 2024 at 6:22am.

    Born on April 9, 1942, in East Los Angeles, Ca, Carmen was the second eldest of five children.

    Married to Henry Jimenez in 1963 they had together a family of 3 daughters and 1 son.

    Wife of Carlos Gamboa until his passing on January 4, 2006.

    With unwavering dedication, Carmen embodied the essence of family values, spreading love and inspiration as a daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. Her love for sharing stories, playing games, shooting pool, and watching WWE & Western’s brought her family together, and her guidance helped them overcome any obstacle.

    Throughout the years, she earned the endearing name Cookie, and her love for crocheting, sewing, arts and crafts only grew stronger. She found great joy in sharing her passion and knowledge with others, and her selflessness was evident in the way she helped raise all her grandchildren.

    In her Golden Years she looked forward to family functions, trips to the Casino, her Disneyland Days, and her shopping adventures.

    Carmen is survived by her beloved daughters Lourdes, Eva, and Yvonne

    Son-in-Laws Alex, and Chad,

    Grandchildren Cynthia, Viviana, Teresa & Gabriel, Regina, Julie, Adrianna, Ethen, Stephanie, Mariah (Maya) & Cory, and Henry

    Great grandchildren Jacqueline, Natalie, Angie, Arianna, Mia, Alessandra (Bear), Jameson, Jayden, Aria Rose, and Isaiah

    Sister Theresa Mendoza, and numerous nieces and nephews

    She is predeceased by her mom, Geneveve Gomez, both husbands, Henry Jimenez & Carlos Gamboa, her son Henry Jimenez Jr., sister Gloria and brothers Johnny and Ruben Gutierrez .
